I was looking at a 2006 Mini Cooper S online. I was ready to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle and take a flight from PA to KY base on pics and carfax information. Subaru isn’t the same in my mind due to their incredibly poor handling of this SOS button issue. My car arrived at Bachman 6 weeks ago. I got it yesterday! Wow. Just horrific. Will shop around next time. Maybe Subaru isn’t any better than the rest any more.

I dropped in to get the drivers side headlight bulb replaced . They estimated about an hour wait . It was done in about 20 minutes . I appreciate the original estimate so that I could schedule the rest of my day and was also happy to have it done in less time.

I contacted them through this site. They responded very fast. Oh there was no pressure. Seem to go along smoothly. Waiting room just have water and coffee. There was a small play area for kids. About 6 areas for computer work or to charge your phone.

Our family was in a pickle. We broke down on the side of the freeway while towing our camper about 30 miles North of Bachman Subaru. We were towed there, but they were already closed. First thing in the morning my husband went to the service center and told them our plight. They looked at the car and were able to squeeze us in. It turned out that a totally different company unaffiliated with Subaru who had installed a transmission cooler on our vehicle hadn't screwed on a hose to the turbo very well. Bachman Subaru recently did a Starlink update for 2017 Outback. Work was done in timeframe as promised. There was good communication from service advisor. Overall a very positive experience.

The folks there at Bachman were very attentive, explained what was being covered, and answered all my questions. They also completed the work in a timely fashion.

They are trustworthy but may get next one closer to me because I like across town and I can get it at a lower cost.
